With every new baby should come a celebration! They are miracles and complete blessings. I had the honor of throwing a "Sprinkle" for a friend that is having her 3rd child which is a precious baby girl! I wanted to have décor that she would then be able to use whether it was for the little princess or her nursery! I then had some fun playing on Pinterest (my helping hand) and came across some simple ideas :) Once I ordered the clothing from Lenny Lemons the rest just fell into place!
Here is what I did:
The "baby blocks" are so simple to make with little or no time and really made a cute impact. All you need is boxes, brown craft paper and the white letters! I purchased these at Michaels!
In the beginning I thought I would use some string and clothes pins but then I remembered that I had this cute banner that had a hint of gold and tried it out. (banner was purchased at Target last holiday season) I loved the way it looked so I ran with it. Just needed some finishing touches so that's where hair bows come in to play and boom!
Next up was the table décor.... So when I was at Michaels I found BIG Mason Jars ($25) and little wooden planks ($10) to layer it up and it was perfect. The only problem was what was I going to fill the big Mason Jars with???? I made a quick call to Whole Foods and reserved 10 bunches of babys breath and there you have it! Only $5.00 a bunch and they were so pretty! I also had the little chalk board signs and table runner (both purchased from Michaels). This was the perfect time to make use of them and I love the way it all turned out :)
If you are ever to host a "Sprinkle" just remember you can make a little go a long way without breaking the bank :) We set the time from 11-1 which was perfect for brunching and champagne!
